ICTL Optical Links has been specialized in fiber optic connections ever since its creation in 1988.
Our leitmotiv : providing our customers with high quality solutions and products, within the agreed price and schedule.
ICTL develops and manufactures its own products and is also distributor of renowned companies such as JDSU-Acterna, Ilsintech, Prior, Westover, PLP, etc.
A great number of services are available, such as equipment rental (splicers, OTDR, etc.) calibration, specialized trainings, etc.
Settlement
Most ICTL employees depend either on the Head Office or on the Haute-Savoie division :
- the Head Office is based in Vaulx-en-Velin, Rhône

Our History
- 1988 Creation of Creation of ICTL Optical Links.
- 1993 ICTL becomes a distibutor of other renowned brands - ICTL opens its training center.
- 1999 ICTL Optical Links joins R&D Group.
- 2001 ICTL develops quickly and its turnover reaches EUR 5,6.
- 2002 Creation of the brands FOLAN (LAN technologies) and TERAOPTIC (MAN/WAN).
- 2003 Creation of ICTL rental department.
- 2004 ICTL opens its test and calibration laboratory for customers equipment maintenance.
- 2005 Company moves in bigger buildings.
Share capital is raised by Eur 513 000. - 2006 ICTL e-catalog accepts online payment from registered customers.
